CPR Training at CCHD
The Cass County Health Department has three American Heart Association certified trainers. We are able to offer training to Medical Professionals and Community Members.

Class availability depends on community needs and interests. There are options available for groups and employers as well.
Cost for the class is $35 per person and must be paid prior to the class to ensure your spot be saved.
Included in each course: Full class instruction, workbook, hands on training, and certification card after the successful completion of the class.
Heartsaver (for Community Members)Heartsaver courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory (for example, OSHA), or other requirements. These courses can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. For many Heartsaver courses, students receive a course completion card that is valid for 2 years.

| Basic Life Support (BLS) (Healthcare Professionals) The AHA’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.
