IPLAN 2022
IPLAN is the Illinois Project for Local Assessment of Need. This is a community health needs assessment and planning process that each local health department in the State of Illinois is required to conduct every five years. The collection period for this IPLAN was June 1st - August 1st, 2022. The questions were selected by a committee of Cass County community leaders and service providers, and have been slightly modified to reflect recent changes. There were 316 respondents and the final results can be found by clicking on the link below.
